1. Provide an RP with day to day control over Erocion and Sediment control issues that can be contacted.
2. Install an approved BMP for the storm drain inlet protection.
3. Install a sediment barrier BMP at the end of the road in the project at the NOrth West end where the disturbed soil meets with the pavement.
4. Post the ESC sign where it is visable from the street withh all of the proper information.
**Failure to comply will result in further enforcement. Will re-inspect on 4/5/10PM.
