Contacted builder, (Nick, Southern Idaho Builders). Informed contractor to get the existing ESC Permit transfered into his name with a current certified RP. As well, post signage, install sediment barrier behind sidewalk for protection of stockpiled soils and use washout area for all concrete washout. Complete all activities by the end of the week, will re-inspect on Monday, Sept. 14th.

2. Need to install sediment bmp's at the stockpile in the drive way to prevent sediment from traveling into the gutterpan and into the storm drains. Must comply by 9/15/08 or further enforcement will be taken.
