All discharging has completed. Now clean will occur and preparing area for stabilization. Recommended to the RP that hydroseeding would be the best option for stabilizing stream bank. Will re-inspect on 5/26/09 am.

Went over with RP to keep an eye on all discharge points due to the turbid water reaching the north end of the Boise River. If the turbid water reaches the river to stop all deeatering and maintain the channel and free it of all sediment and debris prior to the start of dewatering again.

Dewatering was not occurring during inspection and no water was in the basin area. No runoff into the river. Vaults are set in place. Clean water was being directly discharged into the river since excavating was not being performed.

through out the day pumping has occured and the turbid water has been flowing into the grass area of the park. But through the duration of the day the water has migrated back to the river. Since the sediment dis not has a sufficent amount of time to drop and settle with the grassy area, it had reached the river at a further point and was discharging turbid water. Steve Webb instructed the company to shut the pumps off and to re stratigize to figure out a method that will not dischage turbid water into the Boise river.

Observed minor volume of turbid water being discharged into the Boise River. Contractor shut off dewatering activities. Instructed RP that no turbid discharges can occur into the river or MS4 system. Also discussed with Parks, (Maria). Inspector 460 will follow up on 5/1/09.
