RP but the permit holder is no longer working on this project. After discussion with the parcel owner, T. Barber he informed me that a new contractor has been hired, Shawn Cavertity (sp). Shawn will need to transfer the ESC permit along with a certified RP or a stop work order will have to be issued. Will follow up.
