This particular lot appears OK....IE.. not a lot of trash, Graded close to 2%, currently sweeping all hard surfaces, sign posted. Appears to have cleaned out existing D/I filter (closest to lot) and replaced.

Met with RP, project foreman, ESC inspector (460). Reviewed permit general plan conditions. Overall site is in good shape, needs to control sub-contractors activities to achieve permit compliance. With high moisture conditions on bare soils parking of trailers and access to home sites should be limited to hard surfaces or track-out compliance will never to reached. Reviewed federal requirements as well, including the need to have a SWPPP and filing of the NOI. Daily sweeping and general cleanup of the site will be needed and entire site mechanical sweeping with a on call agreement will be needed. All parties were in agreement.

Verbal notification form issues of the correction notice that was issued on 2/01/10. Final Notice pertaining to the sub-division. RP is the the RP for all project lot throughout the Sub-Division.
Clean all hard surfaces (street, sidewalks, gutterpans and driveways) through out the sub division. This needs to occur on a daily basis of what has generated from the foot traffic of work that is being complete. Will re-inspect on 2/5/10 AM. FAILURE TO COMPLY, WILL RESULT IN A STOP WORK ORDER ON ALL ACTIVE PROJECT WITHIN THE SUB DIVISION (Riven Dell Subdivision.)

Verbal to RP: Continue the sweeping of the hardsurfaces throughout the project area. Also place all trash debris into the containers that are provided.
Also show and discussed with the RP ovver the federal requirements of the CGP and how that have disturbed over an acre and how they are in a "part of a larger commen plan of developement or sale". Explained to him over how achieve compliance per the Federal Requirements.
Will re-inspect on 2/4/10 PM.

Correction Notice: 1. Clean up all sediment and debris off of all hard surfaces through out sub division. 2. Maintain and inspect storm drain inlet protecion through out the sub division. 3. Place all trash debris into the provided trash container through out the subdivision. 4. Remove or install all BMP's per industry standards. Failure to comply will result in a stop work order. Will re-inspect on 2/2/10 PM.
