Verbal to RP:
Remove or install a sediemnt barrier where the stockpile of base rock is on the sidewalk and gutter pan. Make sure to install a sediment barrier along the downward slope of the gutterpan to minumize turbid runoff if not removed or relocated onto the lot. Will re-inspec t on 3/26/10AM.
