Walgreens parking lot contained no standing water. Water is being channeled along the curb to the nearest drop inlet. Water is clear. Contractor estimated another two weeks of de-watering.

Observed turbid discharge coming from the project. Informed RP that they need to address this discharge, they unhooled and ran the line into a water truck which would then return to the plant to discharge. Minor discharge due to compaction caused vibrations enough to cause fine material to enter the well point. Site is at the final elevation, de-watering will continue until the bottom & 1st floors and walls are poured and backfilled, if not the structure could "float" due to the water pressure.

10:00 on site: Met with contractor, RP, ACHD, Inspector 460 and 435. Reviewed de-watering procedures, including continuous dewatering. Ok to discharge into the storm drain drop inlet as long as the water is not turbid beyond standards. As well, reviewed trackout, debris, sign, etc. requirements. We will be following up.
