Review site, respond to Spokane General Contractor: Talked to Al, GC and informed him that Rober Grubb is listed as the RP but Al infomed me that he is not, (Robert insertion into the ESC permit case's orgin is unknown) but his super from Spokane will be getting certified in Sept via IRP and then taking the certification class. Discussion on getting started with a sub-contractor being the RP in which I said that is fine as long as the day-to-day control is being complied with. Purposal for starting project is Mid-September. Also SGW provided the requirement of the practice of discharging turbid water off site or into the MS4 system is not acceptable. This area can have high ground water. Reviewed options for de-watering and it was stated that compliance is expected. Site preparation will be performed in Mid-September.
