Left verbal via voice mail and written correction to install sediment barriers along the front of project, clean up all dirt and debris off all hard surfaces and gutter pans, install concrete wash out being there is concrete residue in gutter pan all the way to the storm drain inlet and move port-a-pot off side walk and put in an approved location. Have complete by 3-18-13 am. Will reinspect on 13-18-13 pm.
