Unpaved area to the west of the Jack in the Box parking lot was previously a dirt lot before construction and was not part of project. Although on same parcel, it was not part of the area of disturbance. The lot has been graded and 3/4 inch gravel placed on the lot for stabilization in early December 2013. ESC conditions satisfied.

Discussed with Rick the need to identify owner of canal company to ask what needs done within the canal co easement. Must install one more DI BMP on Maple Grove.
