This application is for the construction of a 2,539 square foot clubhouse for the Keenland Park subdivision. The project is located in a large green commons space, 1357 N. Lilly Avenue. The project is surrounded by 4plex buildings on all sides. These buildings are all of similar two story design, with a variety of colors of fiber cement siding with wood trim.

The proposed single story design utilizes high quality architectural asphalt shingles, fiber cement siding in two complementary colors to the surrounding buildings. An entry canopy and back canopy consists of roof overhangs supported by heavy timber structure and rock accents at the bases of the columns.

The existing parking lot will be restriped with signage for accessible parking spaces. Concrete walkways will be constructed from the parking lot to the clubhouse and also to provide access to the existing trash enclosure. All storm water will be retained on site in grassy swales.
