Also, perform some type of dust suppression. 3-4 inches of fluffy dirt throughout site. Wind will carry sediment off site, onto adjacent properties. Water down area.

Disturbed past limits of disturbance. Met with RP on site. RP will move silt fence so it is inside property limits and will regrade the disturbed area, seed with a dryland native seed mix and cover with mulch/tackifier blend. RP agreed to re-inspection in one week. RP pointed out house on Rhyolite who was using access off of Rhyolite to drive in boulders to backyard thru back fence. Tracks are consistent with this.
