Clint from Tahoe Homes (2 active sites) will place wattles at foot of silt fence. Existing stormwater trench with check dams will capture majority of runoff.
Clint stated fences are to keep contractors/public from driving on and off lots. Crew will install wattles at low spots and sweep roads.
Will check for corrections next inspection in Triplett Ranch.

Pre-con with Jim Cosslett, Jim Wylie, Jason Taylor, Kelly from Conger Management Group and Jim from Excavator company. wattles installed on north side; ESC sign posted and DI BMPs staged onsite. Excavator will install construction entrance first. Discussed need to monitor straw wattles closely since there is not room for a buffer and construction will need to disturb directly adjacent to them. Also discussed need for all operators to file and NOI.
