Depot Lofts' apartment buildings are complete and the paving and curb work has been installed in the parking loft.
Construction on The newly installed storm drain drop inlets will need protection during further construction of the 3 carports that will now be covered under this permit.
Correction:
Need to sweep parking and remove construction supplies that are no longer in use.
No discharges or erosion issues observed. Site has been landscaped.

Some minor trackout onto Victoria. No adjacent MS4s but does need some sweeping. The parking lot is to be installed within the next 2 weeks so that will help.
Discussed issue with contractor Dan (inside trailor) who stated he will get the entrance swept and monitor track out.
