Due to increased construction activity and muddy conditions, roads are very dirty and muddy. When conditions dry out and round of foundations are complete, the following corrections are necessary:
Corrections: 1. Street sweeping (all streets) 2. Check storm drain inlets for onsite system 3. Remove/restore concrete washout
Discussed corrections with Hayden Homes and Eaglewood Homes who will be coordinating with subdivision developer Brad.

Streets and gutters are in good condition - some minor trackout on Snowbird from phase 3 (ESC14-00206). No corrections at this time, just need to continue housekeeping and SWPPP inspections.

Follow inspection conducted to check that full washout was cleaned and the pit ready for more use.
Found the washout cleaned and ready for use. Currently it is not lined, but groundwater is very deep and the conditions very hot so will not be a problem.
Correction was made within compliance period.

Streets, gutters and sfh projects are staying in compliance with ESC conditions. The main violation observed was the concrete washout which is full. There was no liquified concrete in pit at time of inspection and did not observe any new foundations being poured this week.
Verbal correction to developer Brad M. to provide new washout for upcoming homes. He said it would be completed by early next week. Will check back at that time.
Note: Low risk site, washout not near any surfacae waters or stormwater drainage structures. Just needs to be removed and new lined pit provided.

Subdivision development by Knife River is complete. Individual lots being built on by: Hayden Homes, Eaglewood Homes, Shiloh Builders, and Riverwood Homes.
Sites have permits posted, some trackout, but all DIs protected. Central cement washout provided . Subcontractors keeping off mud.
Will keep permit open to monitor progress and vacant lots.
