Rock entrance is in good condition and no trackout on to Lysted Street occuring. Laydown yard perimeter is self contained, no sediment or runoff leaving site.

Terraces Laydown yard still in use for employee parking, material storage, and project offices. Construction entrance is installed and is free of excess mud/dirt.
Lysted street has significant amount of loose sediment collected on both sides of street in gutters.
Correction:
- Focus on sweeping along Lysted.
- Check inlet bags on west side of project that no longer receive runoff from disturbed construction area. These bags may be removed since they are temporary BMPs. West side of Terraces is landscaped and stabilized along Council Springs.
