DetailsAndy J. Long
Note - not a site prep inspection, home already in progress, general inspection.

No trackout or blowout of sediment to streets, gutters and storm drains. Permit posted and trash is contained.

Rooftop drainage is not yet installed so runoff has created a rill erosion on slope of site. To fix slope will need to be raked and tracked or gravel check dams installed to filter out flow.

Most sediment has been trapped at perimeter wattle. Notified Bruno built contact Jeremy about the issue. Needs action before getting worse.
