Eckert path is in progress. Council Springs creek crossings have perimeter protection and gravel bags to trap sediment at outlet. No erosion issues.

Yesterday observed several spots where cement trucks washed out without containment. Called project manager/coordinator Jeff and requested that washout be conducted in a designated area. Knife River stated they will have trucks washout at DH #12 facility. Today no new washouts observed/no acitivity. Will continue to monitor.

Corrections at Eckart Greenbelt path have been completed.

1. Additional wattles have been installed at the south channel/culvert of Council Springs Creek to prevent sediment runoff from running into the stream.
2. Gravel bags have been laid flat on culvert inlets to create filter and settling time for sediment.

3. Gravel bag put at the inlet of the north culvert near Lucky Harris construction entrance.

Other:
Water truck was onsite to keep down dust. The two channels may be diverted so that when the path crosses the creek they can stop flow.

Approved.
