Commercial demolition and tenant improvement for United Water to install granular activated carbon filters to existing pump house at site. ESC plan and narrative submitted and approved. ESC permit can be used for demo and vertical construction. BMPs include perimeter wattles, lined/leakproof concrete washout, trackout prevention & cleanout, and inlet protection for MS4 on Fisk and Russett. Site is flat and relatively low risk, though it is adjacent to the Tuttle Lateral irrigation ditch. Dust suppression (water hose/truck) will be required during the demolition phase.

Well treatment plant is in progress. Well building is mostly complete. Grounds and parking area are still undeveloped. Construction rock is placed at the entrance to prevent trackout.

No discharges or sediment leaving site. Materials and waste is contained, no dust or other issues. No corrections needed at this time.
