Site is ready for excavation which will begin next week when conditions allow. Silt fence barriers are to be placed on the property of the two occupied adjacent lots after the hole is excavated (will be done in dry weather) and then stockpiles will be contained by the perimeter controls. Vegetative buffer on rear lot hillside will remain intact. DI protection provided in inlet, RP will monitor trackout.
