Corrections:
1. Need to clean up concrete washout pile, No washout containment was used
2. Re-install silt fence at downhill property line or use a wattle.

Limited space on this hillside lot so foundation material being infilled has been temporarily stockpiled on Toluka as stated in complaint.

Verbal CN issued to onsite supervisor from SC construction to sweep up completely.

CN also issued to RP Eric to make sure the sweeping is better than it was yesterday and to fix /reinstall portion of downslope silt fence that has been untrenched.

No spills or discharges of dirty occuring; permit posted. Workers and RP responsive to C

The silt fence is not trenched in properly in some areas and may not be necessary below the boulders. The area that is trenched in is the sheet flow direction.

Approved to excavate - CN to post permit, sweep sidewalk after hole is dug.
