A combination of silt fence and wattles will be installed prior to excavation to contain sediment on site and protect the Hackberry Ranch drainage system. Home structure is complete but yard and driveway are not yet installed. Workers building landscape retaining wall on front slope. No significant trackout, perimeter wattle is installed around site, and most of the front slope is not disturbed.

Corrections needed:
- DI bags next to driveway exit are full and need to be changed.
- Need to clean up minor blowout at the low corner of the lot and re-install wattle.
- Connect roof drains if not all ready or install slope drain. May consider a hydromulch/tacifier on the area where erosion is occurning.

Perimter wattles keeping sediment on site, some minor erosion rills within parcel and on adajacent parcel to the right of the hose will need to be re-graded/raked out prior to putting down hydorseed.

No trackout, no discharges from site. Need to empty trash bin and also make sure that when the curb is cut for the driveway that the cooling water slurry is captured and treat as much as is practical.

Hillside slopes have been previously hydroseeded so preservation of existing vegetation as much as possible will be a BMP.

A new driveway apron will need to be cut so I cautioned RP/GC to contain slurry. DI bags are installed.

Approved. Will start grading and earthwork for retaining walls.
