All silt fence has now been removed. Gary w/ Central Paving called 9/19 to inform me. No further actions neeeded. Warm Spring Bypass area is stabilizeed and in use. No BMPs or loose materials left around site. Approved.

Agreed with RP to extend Site Final to 9/21 due to progress and cooperation. Gary stated it will be done. Silt fence is a temporary linear BMP.

Warm Springs by-pass has been completed and in use for several months. Permit is open while shoulders vegetate and disturbed area is stabile enough to remove temporary silt fence installations. No inspection conducted at this time. Permit shall remain open.

Road shoulders are still revegetating after hydroseeding. Temporary silt fence BMPs installed next to irrigation ditches are still on site and will require removal to final ESC permit.

Appears matting in Warm Springs Creek channel has started to come loose. Will continue to monitor and make correction request once the creek is no longer flowing.

Warm Springs by-pass road is now open to vehicles. Shoulders and sidewalk areas have been graded and tracked. Stockpiles of excess dirt have been hauled away. Street has been swept of loose sediment. Drainage is roadside swales.

Graded areas have not yet been hydroseeded/mulched so project area is not yet stabilized per ESC permit conditions.

Warm Springs by-pass road

Road surface is now paved, shoulders have been compacted & tracked with drainage ditches. No flow through creek crossing and area has been hydroseeded and tackified. Will monitor grass growth and reaction to stream flow.

No corrections necessary, BMPs installed and no violations observed.

WIP on Warm Springs by-pass. Silt fence BMP is installed properly around irrigation ditch and drainage culvert. No significant trackout to Wise or Warm Springs near Old Eckert Road. No corrections issued. Some wind blown dust occuring in the windy conditions. Area south of fire station should be stabilized if grading is complete. Will discuss with contractor next week to see what the schedule is.
