WIP on hotel. All 4 stories now complete, parking lot with stormwater infrastructure and landscaping are complete. No trackout or discharges from site.

DI bag installed on Sunrise Rim near Applebees will need to be moved upon completion and after street/gutter sweeping.

Will request maintenance next inspection, has adequate capacity and no rips.

Follow up inpseciton after sweeping CN

Surrounding roads were swept and landscaping/stabilization of hotel parking lot & grounds is near completion. All private and MS4 inlets has sediment filter bag inserts installed. No new corrections at this time. Pasadena Street is much cleaner.

Once conditions are dry all DI bags should be checked for maintenance.

Verbal correction to RP Bob to have street sweeper on Pasadena now that trenching and landscaping are complete. Significant amount of loose dirt in roadway and gutter.

WIP on paving parking lot today and tomorrow the Shosone and Sunrise Rim utility trenches will be asphalted.

DI bags on existing storm drains are installed and in good condition. Reqeusted that some mud near landscaping area (NE corner by Applebees) be cleaned and RP agreeed to send crew there today. No discharges or spills, next week will all hard surfaces installed there will be significantly less of a trackout problem.

Will continue to monitor.

Trackout to Shoshone Street from site occuring.
Verbal correction to Project Manager Bob to sweep up trackout today and continue to sweep regularly. Initial pit run installed has been covered with some backfill, parking lot is scheduled to be paved in 3 weeks before wetter weather arrives. Newly installed and existing DIs have sediment protection installed. Water truck on site for compaction and also dust control.

1st violation noted at site. Will continue to monitor.
