Left VM with Canyon Crest homes Dave Wipple to notify concrete drivers not to use the un-lined washout at Eyrie Way and Villa Ridge. It has caused trackout, and is leaking into ground next to Stewart Gulch. CC Homes and Eyrie Canyon developer need to provide leak-proof containment of washout and maintain it regularly
