Platt Gardens is a 7 acre Special Use Park located at the Boise Depot, 2602 W. Eastover Terrace. The project scope of work includes constructing a 10' wide concrete sidewalk with stairs that is approximately 640 l.f. and associated landscape improvements. Work will begin once all permits are obtained. The project is anticipated to be completed within one or two months once construction begins.

Final walk through conducted. All MS4 inlets on Capitol/Vista curve have been removed. Sidewalk and gutter swept. Staging area removed and no materials remaining on site. ESC permit conditions satisfied. Stairway with construction barricade will have railing installed next week.

Platt Gardens project is near completion. Sidewalk path has been poured, curb was cleaned and DI bag is still installed. No violations observed.

WIP. Perimeter wattles and regular sweeping BMPs are being utilized at site. Some concrete cutting is occuring using water to control dust. No uncontained slurry discharges observed.

Permit sign posted, staging area is clean. No corrections at this time.

Site walk-through inspection conduct with RP and PD

Perimter wattles and construction fencing installed per ESC plan. New sidewalk will be installed around the norther loop of the park next to Capitol Blvd. DI filers bags properly instsalled.

Equipment staging and washout facility to located in the dirt parking lot to the west of the Depot.

Wattles are not yet staked because today the existing grass is going to be stripped.

Approved for construction.
