Corrections and clean up completed as requested. RP-GC onsite to review ESC permit conditions and discuss remaing BMPs needed.

Driveway and lot has been cut below road grade and retains stormwater on the flat site. Driveway has sandy base installed to stop mud. Future homeowner lives next door and will monitor trackout and will notifiy Jeff if there are problems.

Site is in compliance.
