Dropzone apartment grading and initial excavation conductied under main site permit ESC16-00696

Four 8-plex apartment buildings to be erected. Site access and parking not yet paved. Asphalt scheduled for 2nd week of November.

Reviewed ESC conditions with RP Colby, requested 4 or more trash containment bins and designated scrap wood and material staging zone with stabilized entrance. Surrounding storm drains have sediment filter bags installed for Dropzone Sub SFHs by CBH

Foundation construciton and vertical construction to start on Monday. Follow up inspection for construction entrance and washout facility on Monday 10/24 PM
