ESC walk through inspection and conference with Project Superindentant Chris with ESC.

No discharges, trackout, uncontained trash or fugitive dust occuring. ESC BMPs are installed including:
- permit posting and SWPPP info at construction entrance
- trackout control with rumble bars and preservation of pre-existing asphalt during initial phase.
- perimeter sediment control wattles at potential sheet flow runoff points. Wattles installed around temporary stockpile
- drop inlet sediment protection installed. Note: no installation on MS4 system or ROW
- ESCP and SWPPP binder onsite and updated

Site is in compliance, no corrective actions requested at this time.
