Note: remaining inspections shall be entered under ESC17-00190, which is connected to the hillside zone GRD permit for Hackberry North II. This permit shall be finaled.

SWPPP binder and ESC permit sign posted on site. SWPPP inspection reports have been completed, currently inspecting every 14 days. No trackout or sediment runoff.

Hillsides has been horizontally tracked and mulch application has been applied. Too hot for revegetation currently,, will check on schedule. No hillside wattles have been installed as indicated on the ESC site plan.

No immediate corrections, need to review hillside erosion controls to be implemented (slope interupting wattles, revegetation)

WIP. No trackout or sediment runoff down Bogus Basin Road. Site has 1 water truck in service. No dust on upper hillside but areas around entrance have layer of loose dirt that blows in the wind. Need roadmix or temorary mulch to settle loose dirt. Will inform RP on Monday.

Pre-construction meeting. Reviewed plan for construction. Discussed requirement that BMPs are installed before site inspection is requested. Plan to meet onsite for the site preparation and walk through SWPPP and ESC plan. A drainage basin is to be constructed at the lowest point on the site and will be used as a sediment control method. Not cleared to start until after site preparation inspection is complete.
