Two areas of dumped (unlined/uncontained) concrete washout on adjacent lot. Dumped stucco material/slurry in front of lot.
Re-inspection fee and parcel hold placed on site till washout is cleaned up. Will need washout for driveway and pathway/patio work.
Contractor has already been warned/notified about concrete washout requirements and enforcement policy.
