To modify the shell sprinklers on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors of an existing shell building to an office tenant. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, interior doors, 1-hr corridor, a fire alarm system, and suspended ceilings all per approved drawings and plan review conditions on file.
