To fire sprinkler an 18,357 sq. ft. area within an existing 54,824 sq.ft. structure for use as an "H6 / H7" semiconductor facility with office and storage ancillary areas per approved plans on file. Work to include modification of sprinkler for construction of interior, non-bearing, noncombustible framing, to create 1 & 2-hour occupancy separations around the "H6/H7" Fab Area from adjoining uses and to create a 1-hour exit corridor system to serve as required exits from the areas. All work to be per UFC, NFPA (related) and Boise Fire Department requirements. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered for allowable area increase. BLD99-0360 *JWA*
