Facility will have 2 new exit stairs, installation of a core area, restrooms and an elevator, new tenant demising wall, construction of a nonrated corridor, new gypboard ceiling for the architects office. The 6,284 ft/2 remaining vacant tenant spaces will not be finished or occupied at this time. Possible separate fire permits to finish and occupancy may be required.
