Hydro test failed, provide additional hanger on 3" main in south west corner of basement, provide sprinkler head in elevator shaft (per plan), provide retaining straps on all top beam clamps in basement, additional sprinkler heads may be required in spaces and the top and bottom of the east stairs, secure insulation to deck, provide earthquake bracing were all thread rod exceeds 6" in length, resubmitt plans that show the feed main changes to the second floor system 5/24/2002 10:47:56 AM
