These facilities require full fire sprinkler protection for unlimited area. (The intended uses in the building is for three Group M Occupancy tenants). No separate underground permit issued. These systems, installation, materials design and coverage, etc. shall meet all requirements and related code items and issues which include, but not be limited to the 1997 UFC 1003, 8102, 8103, 8104, NFPA 13-1999, 20-1999, 24-1995, 72-1999 and the BCO, as regulated by the Fire Department.
