NEXTEL PARTNERS / Double Tree Inn - To add a fire alarm system, including an EST LSS4 "releasing" alarm control panel, to operate a new preaction sprinkler system protecting a new roof-top cellular phone transmission building. The new releasing panel will be monitored by the new Fire Alarm Control panel which is to be installed in the Double Tree Hotel under permit number FIR02-00007. The building permit (BLD 01-01681) is for a new State approved modular building installation and antenna installation on roof of existing hotel building. Work to include installation of a 10'x20' noncombustible modular penthouse building on roof and antenna installations on roof. This is a Scope of Work Permit. Letter of Completion to be issued when done. NOTE: The building is fully fire sprinklered.
