*Toys ‘R' Us* The verification/upgrade and conformance of an existing retail facility, meeting the minimum requirements of UFC Article 81 for "High-Piled Combustible Storage". Includes the upgrade the existing roof/ceiling sprinkler water demand to meet minimum requirements of NFPA 13: 7-4.4.3.1, incorporating figure 7-4.4.2.3(b), interpolated with 7-4.4.2.3(a), for the storage commodity class IV, storage/display height of 13'-6", with a: .39 gpm density over 2000 ft/2 minimum, at the most remote area. To modify sprinkler spacing at or below the maximum protection area spacing allowed per NFPA 13:5-6.2.2 for "High-Piled/Rack" storage, (100 ft/2). This permit is not attached to a building permit. It was created a Fire Department, verifying UFC requirements. All construction, fire sprinkler work and related issues shall be per the UFC, adopted NFPA pamphlets and BCO requirements, as regulated by the Fire Department.

End sprinkler heads along the north and south walls are more than 3-11 1/2 from wall, max. storage height is exceeded through-out store, provide flow switch and check valve on the hose rack system, provide the required spare heads in cabinet, provide draft stops, provide heat and smoke removal vents, hose racks in warehouse are not accessible, hydro test system, provide "fire sprinkler riser" sign on door accessing riser, provide sign on exterior alarm bell, provide "no parking-fire lane" on north exterior wall, remove dumpster to provide clearance for fire dept access, provide verification on duct detectors for store, provide rack information to Boise City for verification of requirements (racks are solid shelves which is not per agreement).
