Description
To install a NFPA 13D fire sprinkler system in a 2172 ft/2 single story, single family dwelling with a 1280 ft/2 finished daylight basement. This lot is within a hillside area and must meet the requirements of the hillside ordinances. Class "A" roof and 30 ft. defensible area will be required. Driveway must meet the UFC weight capacity, be paved 12 ft. wide and have adequate turnaround. This house will be equipped with a NFPA 13D automatic sprinkler system. The sprinkler flow alarm shall be attached to the residence smoke detection system. The sprinkler flow alarm shall be attached to the residence smoke detection system. All fire sprinkler work and related (which includes dual service water supply, backflow prevention (provided by others), shall be per approved plans, engineering/red-lining and attached review notes, all as regulated by the Fire Department.
