This permit is attached to the TI permit for Big 5 Sporting Goods, BLD01-02292, but applies to the entire building, which is being remodeled under various permits.The building permit BLD 01-02292 is for BIG 5 SPORTING GOODS, space #101, to remodel for a new 14,195 sq.ft. retail and storage sporting goods tenant in existing building. Work to include two new accessible restrooms, reconfigured interior entry vestibule, two separate new widened exterior doors, new interior walls and doors, interior finish, new suspended ceiling, new draft stop installation, fire sprinkler work, fire alarm work, new plumbing work, mechanical work, and electrical work. Steel storage racking/shelving will be done under a separate permit of BLD01-02584.
BLD01-02187 is for VANILLA FINISH of Suite #102, NO TENANT, to construct a 6,168 sq.ft. "vanilla finish" vacant space for a future storage tenant (S-1 occupancy) in existing building. Work to include one-hour rated tenant demising walls, a few new interior walls, fire sprinkler work, mechanical work, and electrical work. This space currently has 3 accessible restrooms. NO OCCUPANCY IS ALLOWED UNDER THIS PERMIT.
