EDS (CALL CENTER) - To install all new fire alarm devices within the entire building, connected to an existing Simplex 4020 FACP panel. All connected devices are shown on the riser diagram and all are new. The new alarm system will include a voluntary manual pull stations, sprinkler monitoring, monitoring of duct detectors for HVAC shutdown, and complete a/v annunciation powered by three new NAC power extender panels. The associated building permit (BLD 01-02719) is to expand an existing office tenant space into an adjacent 39,500 square foot area within the same building. After the expansion the entire building (81,000 square feet) will be occupied by a single office tenant. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, interior doors, interior windows, a folding partition, suspended ceilings, and finishes.
