SCP GLOBAL TECHNOLOGIES - To replace the existing fire alarm system within this building in conjunction with a tenant improvement project. The new system will include a manual alarm system, sprinkler system monitoring, elevator recall/shunt trip functions, HVAC duct detector monitoring for air handler shutdown, and full a/v annunciation. The associated building permit (BLD 01-03353) is to remodel a 10,000 sq ft portion of the 1st floor in and existing 85,659 sq ft, two-story building. This work will be performed in the northwest corner of the first floor. This tenant improvement will convert existing factory rooms into vocational training rooms for employees. Work to include installation of a new raised floor system, construction of interior partitions, installation of new suspended ceiling system, repair existing corridor and reception area to comply with a one-hour rated corridor system, construct a new exterior door from the raised floor area, construct an accessible ramp to the raised floor area. Add new mechanical system to this area.
