(EVERGREEN PLAZA - CANOPY ON S & E SIDES - PHASE 2) To install new ordinary hazard fire sprinkler protection into a new canopy cover over the sidewalk, along the South side and approximately 90 feet of the East face, starting at the SE corner, of the building and proceeding to the North. This canopy is constructed of: 4" TS columns; Glu-Lam Beams; pre-engineered trusses, plywood sheathing and concrete roofing tiles. All per red-lined notes and attached plan review comments and conditions as regulated by Fire Department, which comprises and becomes a part of the approved plans. NOTE: This building is fully sprinklered for allowable area increase. A fire "Inspection Card" is required as a condition of this permit, to provide witness compliance with adopted codes & ordinances. This fire permit is attached to building permit: BLD01-03110.
