SHORELINE PLAZA - To install fire alarm protection within this new apartment addition, connected to the existing building fire alarm system. A new transponder control panel and notification appliance power extender unit will be added for the new addition. Coverage in the new addition will include sprinkler monitoring and partial elevator recall, audible annunciation through out the building and visual in handicapped units. Single-station, 120v, smoke detectors within the dwelling units will not be connected to the alarm system. The associated building permits are: BLD01-00011 to construct to a ground level parking garage, BLD00-808 and BLD01-00809 to construct 3 stories of apartments above the parking garage and BLD 01-02750 to modify the existing contiguous apartment structure and bring up to code per UBC Section 3402.
