T J MAXX 'N MORE/BEST BUY- To install a new fire alarm system in an existing building. This building includes the Best Buy and T.J. Maxx tenant spaces. The alarm system will include monitoring of the automatic sprinkler systems and the duct detectors for HVAC air handler unit shut down, with a single inside alarm in each tenant space.
NOTE: This permit applies to two building permits. Neither building permit may be completed without satisfactory completion of this Fire Alarm Permit.The associated building permit for T J MAXX 'N MORE (BLD 02-00201) is to remodel a 47,217 sq ft retail sales tenant space, formerly occupied by Home Depot. Work to include, construction of interior partitions to separate retail area from storage area, create dressing rooms (two accessible fitting rooms), to construct one fire-rated corridor egress system & one non-rated exit access, office area, break room, and separate storage lay-away area, installation of suspended ceiling system, installation of draft stops, installation of checkout aisles (one accessible) and one Carpet rack 13 feet high. The storefront canopy will be permitted under a separate permit.
