To install a complete NFPA 13-1999, wet pipe, light hazard system in a new 11,250 ft/2 Health Care Treatment facility consisting of wood constructed walls, floor, (what appears to be a) non gable-flat roof joist system. Cavities appear to protected with 3/4" gyp board sheeting, enabling a non-combustible space. Wiring installed in this cavity, must be plenum rated. The fire sprinkler system shall comply with NFPA 13-1999, red-lined plans, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. A fire "Inspection Card" is required as a condition of this permit, to provide witness of compliance with the same. This permit is not attached to any building permit (at this date).
