To install a new fire alarm system in an existing building. The Fire alarm system will provide fire sprinkler monitoring, HVAC smoke detector monitoring and Type 1 cooking hood extinguishing system monitoring.The associated building permit (BLD 01-02875) is to (ALBERTSONS #156) To remodel the entire 43368 sq ft retail grocery store no additional area is being added. Work will include, removal of the entire suspended ceiling and hanging partitions, removal of flooring and interior finishes, addition of new walk-in cooler units, all new interior finishes, construction of new one-hour grease duct shaft, installation of type-one hood system, new suspended ceiling, lighting, mechanical, electrical and plumbing, new exterior metal roof on existing canopy. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations or modifications to the fire sprinkler system shall be per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department.
