ALSCOTT GROVE ST OFFICE * To install a Light Hazard added Dry Pipe System under an outside covered entry/canopy on an existing two story office building. Existing structure is sprinklered for one hour substitution. The fire sprinkler system shall comply with NFPA 13-1999, red-lined plans, attached review comment and conditions list; as regulated by the Fire Chief. An approved and stamped plan, permit and fire "Inspection Card" is required on site as a condition of this permit, to provide witness of compliance to this work. This permit is not attached to any building permit. Alarm, tamper, supervisory wiring required in this work, shall require separate permitting by the Fire Department.
