This shopping center was constructed in Ada County and annexed into Boise City. Fire sprinkler work is related to upgrading LH system to OH-2, new interior walls, new interior stairway to electrical equipment mezzanine, new suspended ceiling, new draft stops and mechanical work. One mezzanine will be unoccupied and have no use. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with NFPA 13-1999, attached review comment and conditions list; as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" is required on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This fire permit is attached to building permit: BLD01- 02612.
