This building is constructed of concrete foundation and slab floors, masonry exterior walls, steel joist and metal roof with some wood framed overbuild. This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. This building and the building to the south were reviewed as all one building for allowable area provisions under the shell and core permit. It was noted in the Shell and Core permit that some Racking/Shelving exceeding 8' in height will be provided in the space. This fire permit is attached to the T.I. permit: BLD02-03229.
